Ingredients: Serves: A whole camp
| 1.5kg SR flour | 2 bottles Guinness |
| 750g suet | dried milk powder |
| 750g dried fruit | water to mix |
Method:
In a very large bowl mix flour, suet, dried milk and fruit together.
Add guiness and water to make a dough
Divide into 3 and place in buttered foil, wrap in clean tea towel and place in pan of boiling water, boil for hours until it is cooked
Serve with golden syrup
